Cancellation Policy
A 50% non-refundable down payment or deposit is therefore payable at least three months prior to the intended date of occupation to secure the booking. Two weeks prior to arrival the balance due for the intended duration of stay is payable together with a refundable deposit of R 8 000 to cover breakages or damage. This latter deposit is refunded to the tenant within 30 days of departure should no damage or breakages be reported.Terms and Conditions
During the peak season the minimum hire period is 20 days. No smoking is permitted in the home. No pets of whatever description are permitted on the premises.
